1. Shipping Methods

1.1. Shipping is carried out exclusively to business customers (B2B).

1.2. Shipping originates from our German warehouse via parcel service or freight forwarding. Direct influence on the choice of carrier is not possible.

2. Delivery Time

2.1. Regular delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days from order confirmation.

2.2. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and shipping method.

2.3. Partial deliveries are permitted to the extent deemed reasonable for the customer.

3. Shipping Rates

3.1. A flat rate of €9.90 is charged for each order within Germany.

3.2. For shipping to other EU countries (outside of Germany), a flat rate of €15.00 applies.

3.3. All shipping charges will be itemized in the quote and order confirmation.

3.4. No import duties, customs, or taxes apply to the customer within the EU, as shipping is dispatched from Germany.

4. Customs and Import

4.1. Since delivery is made from Germany, no customs duties or import fees are incurred by the customer within the EU.

4.2. Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and only apply to special cases involving international shipments.

5. Transfer of Risk

5.1. Upon handover of goods to the carrier in Germany, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration transfers to the customer (B2B).

5.2. Damage occurring during transport must be reported immediately to the shipping carrier.

6. Specifics for Trading Card Products

6.1. Since these are limited collectible products, subsequent replenishment may not be possible in individual cases.

6.2. Variations in packaging format (e.g. Japanese original packaging) do not constitute a defect.
